        Order didnt arrive. Excuse after excuse no refund issued as yet. Very disappointed. Youve said below that its a shop- yes, but you have an online service, so stop trying to discredit negative reviews.

        We absolutely LOVE this shop! Beautiful unique clothes that are so pretty, feminine, stylish, sexy and bang-on trend...and guess what? All at a really affordable price! A huge thank you to the beautiful owner when we last visited...we turned up not knowing that the shop would be closed and she invited us in anyhow as I'd promised my nieces some Pretty Dollz treats. We weren't disappointed...we left with beautiful outfits and big smiles. INCREDIBLE service! Thank you so much!

        The blazer I received looked nothing like what was advertised was different colour and lining I paid extra for next day delivery to find out I have to now pay for return postage on top, I returned and they have received it back Ive kept proof, been told I have to wait 21 days for a refund this was after countless of ignored messages and emails. I was very polite about the situation as mistakes happen but I found the person who replied to be quite rude and abrupt. Im not at fault, I wasnt sent what I ordered. I think this business needs to work on their customer skills when a customer isnt happy with a product
