They'll rip you off happily haha, and they won't smile when doing it. The older guy there is standoffish and rude to be quite honest considering he wants people to come back and they know as much about bikes as everyone else does so the repair jobs often don't last 24 hours. The younger guy there is nice to be honest if a little awkward but as am I. I'd recommend just going to halfords instead really or mainly energize cycles which is just up the road and are friendly and don't overcharge. You might wait a little longer because they're more like a charity but it costs less and is only 5 minutes away from here and they'll give you advice etc about your bike too and actually be helpful instead of just make you uncomfortable lol.
