Terrible service also my nails lasted less than a week and came off I messaged jan and told her she said come back Ill sort it and I just asked for my money back she then read and blanked my next message and now proceeding to blank would not recommend at all terrible customer service and not worth the money at all when they fall off after paying 30+ for them to stay on longer as they are meant to Service: Acrylic nails

Went with my friend and they turned around and said the nail design she wanted was to much and the lady refused to do it the design was literally just butterflys . Her nails were all crooked/slanted they all looked like this "/ "on her nails . They were rude to me and had no manners it's really overpriced for what u get my nails chipped and came off less than a week I wouldn't recommend going unless u want overpriced bad quality acrylics

My granddaughter had her nails done on Saturday as she was going out. By sat night 4 had fallen off. After going into the shop to let them know, she got nothing but accusations thrown at her, like you bit them off because she didnt like them. If she didnt like them she wouldnt have walk out the shop. They offered to put the 4 back on but my granddaughter wasnt comfortable with that incase the others fell off too. They did nothing but intimidate her asking all the other clients on how long there nails stayed on for and its never happened before, well it has now. There customer service was diabolical, my granddaughter went out crying. Long story short we went in today and she got full set of nails done but not without the owner still asking all the other clients bout there nails, because I told her to stop now its embarrassing . she told me to get out the shop. This was not happening and me leaving my 15 year old granddaughter to be intimidated by them, Wont be returning they need to brush up on customer service. Was discusting.

My daughter and her friend went there today My daughter's nails got done then it was her friend's turn Halfway through They stopped doing her nails and left to go to lunch They came back 20 minutes later and finished her nails left a 14 year old girl just sitting there with nails half done not happy about that at all
