Do NOT GO IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY OR HAVE EPILEPSY BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE!!! After being a client for a good few years I had paid a deposit for my treatment and on the morning of my treatment I had an epileptic seizure (I have epilepsy) and made them aware. They said they would roll my deposit on however two days later 2 hours before my new appointment they message me and asked do you want your appointment still because we are not honouring your deposit and wont be rolling it over. In addition to this issue my past appointments I last had a learner doing my waxing and it was the worst experience ever and had to leave because she caused me so much pain. Because of this they said my next treatments will be free however they have failed to do this and taken money from me and not provided any services. I would just recommend you dont go there because if Id have had my seizure in the salon they probably would have left me to die. DREADFUL RESPONSE TO A PERSON HAVING A SEIZURE!!!!
