        I have been using this branch of NatWest for over 25 years now, and the in branch staff are fantastic. Always friendy and helpful as well as being very knowledgeable. It's a shame they are restricted by the number of things the bank has moved online, but they are always willing to help even with that stuff, showing you how to use the NatWest app and website. The only problems I have ever had have been with people in distant faceless call centres and the branch staff hav always helped to resolve them.

        All ways closing before the close time and they just ignore you when standing at the locked door , no one is in there but for staff and this is at 4:20pm. The time it say it closes on the door is 4:30pm
