Lloyds Bank

My wife died a month ago. Gavin, the manager of this branch has been sympathetic and efficient regarding sorting out our joint account. Here's a bank manager who cares about people as individuals. Thank you for all your help sir.

Being my own bank, I'm a fan of Lloyds generally. I'm sure they are no more unscrupulous than any other major banking institution, and in decades with them I've never had any issues. The Liscard branch is commendable purely as the only remaining physical bank branch in the area. How much longer it will be sustainable is questionable, as although the branch is spacious, relaxing and staffed by patient, helpful people, there doesn't seem enough customers passing through to make it viable in the longer term. The upside of this is that service is quick and very efficient with minimal queuing. Enjoy the experience while you can before the whole industry moves to online platforms!

Ian was the most helpful and professional guy for our meeting today. I have switched over to Lloyds Bank as they truely understand my needs and are all friendly and happy when I go to this Branch. You are all a credit to your company. Thank you for making me and the Airedale so very welcome
