        Staff friendly .. but HSBC lack of counter service and now branches is making me move to another bank .. seem to assume everyone wants or can even do mobile banking .. rubbish

        There are no cashiers, only one maybe two staff on, the cash in machine wouldn't accept new notes and damaged them when trying to enter. Absolutely dreadful machines and dreadful bank. Would advise against using them and especially this branch.

        The manager at this branch is shocking has no respect for public at all very rude didnt want to help with anything just stood there and told me to do it my self whilst having a big grin on his face when questioned about not helping got threatened to have my account closed if I dont hurry up and leave all for asking a question it has been reported avoid using this branch
