        You are not happy to help honestly, I came 3 times to open bank account you talled members to bring paper from Support worker then I brought two times but you reject again, Even you don't want to talk with my support worker by phone. Really annoying .

        systems were down but the staff were professional and calm. They went to each person in the queue to check what they needed and to let them know the situation. It was beyond busy, out of the door. But I managed to get sorted great team.
