        Bought a Ebike online for my wife on the bike to work scheme. All items I purchased were delivered in time. The bike was built for free and the handover was excellent. They even fitted my seat cover and filled my tires with the slime I purchased 10/10 Thankyou

        Looks like a regular Halfords and reasonable parking at the front. Staff didnt have any name or designation tags. Was served by this gentleman (liberal use of the term) on the till with Al***a tattoo on his right forearm. Very bad customer service from him. He obviously racially profiled me and decided hes going to be awkward. No hello, hiya, nothing. So, I thought Ill ask him. Youre alright? I asked politely. Yeah! Came the reply. Scanned the products, I paid for them and no word was uttered between us after that and I left the store. My request to the management of the store. Please spend 10 mins to teach staff (at least this particular one) about 1. Basic manners 2. Basic customer service (Hello, please, thank you and maybe a smile (although the latter might be quite difficult for this individual)) 3. Anti-racism training. Thankfully dont visit this store often.
