Staff were just about helpful, but not really friendly, just did the basics - I asked how to find something, the reply was to the point and accurate, and she took me to it. But no interaction or greeting and not a hint of a smile. The same at checkout, same person. Doing their job, but no more. But I got what I needed quickly, so it was efficient is nothing else.
