Contact Architecture

Dan came round to measure up after we gave him our specifications on our extention. We noticed a small error on the doors which he change for us. We hired a builder to give us a quote based on the drawings we were provided which we agreed costings on. Half way through build the buildermade us aware that the measurements provided by Dan were wrong and if we were to continue the roof would end about 6 inches above the bottom of our bedroom windows. He placed all blame of the builder but the builder keep to the measurement put together by Dan. Dan redid the plans but his suggestion and new measurements would have put costs up way higher than what we could now afford. As a result we now have to rip out our upstairs window to accommodate for the roof pitch and which is of course an additional cost but the cheaper option.Additional costs not been accounted for right before Christmas. I would seriously consider a different architect for your build.

Dan responded quickly to my initial contact and we arranged to meet. He arrived on time and was extremely helpful, understood exactly what I needed, and actually provided me with the plans and maps I needed for a small project within 24 hours....amazing service! Hello I contacted Dan about a planning issue he came to my home, took a look at the planning problem spent 1hour at my home explaining the way forward, one week later he rang me to tell me the drawings & note's were ready come to my home with all information drawing and notes were spot on, he then sent everything to the planning department he isver professional and honest I gave him extra money for his work he rang me to tell me that I had paid him to much he is excellent syal l
