SDA advised us from the very start of our major project to create a new house in the garden of our home of more than thirty years. They advised on planning permission (in the Oxton Conservation area), worked with us to design our new home, helped us identify a builder, supervised the project and brought everything to a successful conclusion. We are delighted with our new home. It is co- created with SDA. Alex our architect listened carefully to our aspirations and enabled us to make them a reality. He was very skilful in designing a building which is at the same time modern AND compatible with surrounding traditional Oxton dwellings. We would recommend SDA VERY highly

The guys at SDA were really great to work with. From the initial meeting, to planning stages and to completion it was all made so easy. They were always there when needed and any questions were always answered speedily. Highly recommended.

We have worked with SDA Architecture on a number of projects now and would highly recommend them. They are very professional and efficient as well as creative when it comes to designing and making the best use of the intended space. We are already planning our next project with them and cant wait to see what they come up with!

SDA completed drawings for our loft conversion. Alex was imaginative with the plan, giving us the maximum use of the space available. There was one slight issue which was quickly & efficiently resolved and we would be happy to recommend to anyone considering a similar project
