I don't want to give a 1 star review as triage and care was excellent to my wife. But, your instigation of a sensitive issue was wrong, opinions, prejudicial views do not warrant what you put in place, facts do.

Needed private professional help to move our mum and at short notice Andy from Spark had arranged everything within an hour. Sam and Lydia attended and were absolutely amazing. Job done in 30 mins. You have made such a difference to our family you have no idea. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks again everyone Andy Lanigan

I cant thank the team enough for helping me last night after passing out in the Liverpool arena toilets. My friend had my handbag with my ID and phone. I couldnt remember a thing. All my memory was wiped and I couldnt remember where I even lived. The team went above and beyond to clean me up, keep me comfortable and track down my partner to come and collect me. Sophie, Matt, Tyler & Andy you are all incredible! Truly kind & caring paramedics with patience of a saint dealing with me!!! Thank you for everything you did for me and making sure I got home safe xxxxx

I had a heart operation at Broardgreen Hospital and waited over 3 hours for the service to pick me up to go home, only to find that the driver turned up, but then drove off without letting anyone know that he was there outside. I was left for hours, in pain, needing my family and home. Disgusting service! I am upset that I had to leave at least 1 star, because this was a negative experience and would have liked to leave a minus 5 score!
