We have used this company on 4 occasions now for airport transfers. Other family members have used them too. On all occasions the driver was on time. You cannot pay for the booking upfront - you pay cash on your outbound journey so Im unsure how others have paid upfront. We had a mix up with pick up times on our last trip and the driver was a day early at the airport. However, this was very quickly sorted and they still managed to pick us up on time from the airport the next day - they wouldnt of left us stranded. Nothing bad to say about them at all and Id 100% recommend them to anybody.

Fantastic service! Both Neil and Jay were on time, and also went above and beyond to help me get to the airport on time. I would highly recommend Wirral Tours to anyone needing an airport transfer .

We pre booked a taxi from liverpool to runcorn with these scumbags, paid 69, and they never showed up. Leaving me and my partner with 5 kids. One who was 1 year old in a pram. Stranded in liverpool. After midnight. They said they recieved no booking. After we recieved several confirmation emails. And confirmed with them. What kind of scum does that to a family with a baby? Do no use them they are low life scum that will take your money. And not deliver the services you have paid for. Would leave minus stars if possible. DO NOT USE THESE LOW LIFE SCUM BAGS! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY ANDEvery last one of them are low life's. Not helpful at all. I only hope this review can save another family from this los of money stress and dissapointment.
