I was advised to try acupuncture by my physio after a cage at work had fallen and damaged the nerves in my arm and shoulder. When I started I could not believe how much it helped relieve the pain my arm was causing me. I continued with the acupuncture which not only helps relieve the pain but also makes me more relaxed. I would advise anyone who has had any injury or is suffering from stress to try it,,

I went to Louise as a last resort as I really didn't want to have surgery on a recurring shoulder problem. I found the sessions to be relaxing and comforting, the needles were not an issue and within about 8 sessions the problem had abated and I was back at work full time. I would go back to Louise if I had a recurrence but so far, after 9 years, I haven't needed to.

I found the acupuncture I had with Louise to be really beneficial. The sessions were relaxed and Louise put me at ease. She listened and was excellent at explaining what areas she would focus on and why. I came away from each session feeling physically refreshed and better able to sleep. I highly recommend.

I would like to thank Louise for her expertise, understanding and ability to treat my needs from the outset. Initially I went to Louise for acupuncture rather than trying conventional medicines due to a stressful situation and resulting sleepless nights. I found Louise listened and understood my circumstances and tailored my treatment accordingly. I cannot stress strongly enough how wonderful acupuncture is, both during and after the session I feel so much more relaxed, focused and centred. I continue to see Louise purely for the amazing feeling I have after my appointment which is primarily due to the skills Louise possesses. I would highly recommend Louise and acupuncture which has changed my mental and physical health.

Hi my name is Ray and I've been suffering with knee pain for many years now but the last 12 months have been so bad that I've been to my doctor's to see if it was possible for a knee replacement unfortunately I was told no. My sister suggested acupuncture as she was having treatment for something. So I said I'll try anything, and OMG what a result. I had my first appointment with Louise and she asked me what my pain was like on a scale of 1to 10 , first thing in the morning 3or4 by the end of my deliveries ( am a milkman) it's a 9. After 6 visits to Louise my pain scale is nill first thing and about 3 when I've done my deliveries. To say I feel 10 years younger would be a lie but my knees feel like they where 10 years ago . I still go to Louise but only every other week now and hopefully soon I'll be pain free.
