Fresh Start Health

I am used to chiros, osteos and massage therapists. Did not know what to expect and it was a recommendation. However, boy was I wrong. The Scenar treatment was so effective at loosening up so much of the tightness in just a single treatment. Jenny was superb, I booked another appointment straight away for next week. Highly recommend and never ever had such tangible results.

I didnt realise how much my body had needed this treatment until after my first session! I was unsure about this kind of treatment beforehand, but can highly recommend it. Also, my son who had a leg break aged 14, and (without realising it) had been carrying himself badly as a result in the ensuing 7 years, found the treatment of great benefit. His posture is different since his treatment and, without a doubt, this has saved him from future problems as a result. Everyone at Fresh Start is very friendly and approachable. I highly recommend them!!

I visited Fresh Start Health for the first time yesterday and left feeling very happy! I've suffered from a shoulder/ collarbone pain for over a year now. I have visited the doctors, tried sports tapes and even ended up in A&E in agony... None of which were able to help me with my chronic pain. After my scenar therapy with Kay I felt so much better and I am looking forwards to fixing my shoulder permanently and enjoying everyday life again. The atmosphere of the clinic was very peaceful and all the staff were very welcoming, caring and understanding! I will definitely be going back for some more therapy and 100% recommend!
