Nice product, shame about the company. We used them for stairs and doors. Adam was nice but hopeless. He took weeks to prepare the "Pandadoc" contract and then it was absolutely littered with errors. And by signing it you are apparently saying that any mistakes you don't spot are your problem. And any mistakes you do spot then take weeks to amend, and Adam blames Vicky, who is blameless because she is the MD's wife. When the doors were unpacked, one of them (which was in the middle of the stack) had a deep scratch in it. Despite the fact they were delivered and unloaded by their staff, they told me it was my problem and sent me a Pandadoc for a new door. The glass ballustrades with the stairs were completely mis-designed so we had to agree to a bodge to get it finished. None of the glass lines up properly. The base channel is just a bit of metal the guys sprayed on site (so the paint is now peeling off, should have been powder coated). The fitters didn't bother cleaning the glass so there is still a great big smear of silicon on it. Again, my fault as I am clearly responsible for the quality of their work, not Adam. So overall, all beautiful items but spoiled everywhere Zakuna were involved.
