Jenny thoroughly analysed my issues and discovered areas of tension in my body that even I had no idea existed. She formulated a daily plan of exercises going forward via an App so I have some accountability. Ive gone from barely being able to walk to running 6km in just over a week. More importantly, I feel like I have a plan of action to get myself back in top form for a 10k race that I have in the diary.
Jenny is amazing and worth every penny!

I've been delighted and impressed by all aspects of their service, whether the simplicity and ease of online bookings or when speaking with their incredibly helpful and friendly reception staff. Most importantly of course, the level of care has been key: the assessment of needs; the understanding of the issues that runners face; the in-session treatments; the advice and support rendered, verbally, by email and through the customised rehabilitation programme; and the adjustments which are made in response to progress. Thanks Jenny!
