Premium Motorhomes

We hired a Carthago C-Tourer for a week as a family holiday, and would highly recommend Premium Motorhomes. The service received was second to none, and Johanna provided a comprehensive handover and very friendly service. It was a great experience and the vehicle comfortably accommodated a family of four. We were sad to hand it back at the end of the week!

From start to finish buying a new and trading in our old Motorhome was an easy process and great service. Debbie dealt with the sale, trade in and all paperwork very efficiently. Keeren was very helpful and explained everything carefully making sure we knew all the details about the Motorhome, even answering our phone call to clear up a query we had later. Thanks to all the team including the reception staff. Very satisfied.

My wife and I purchased a two-year-old Knaus Sky Ti motorhome from Premium in Jan 23 and took deliver Feb 23. Debbie the sales advisor was very easy to deal with and we didn't feel pressured at any point. Her knowledge of the motorhome was good, and she made the experience as comfortable as dealing with a friend. On the day of collection, the motorhome was presented in an excellent clean condition and any minor defects that we had pointed out had been addressed. That said there was nothing much wrong with the motorhome as it was in a nearly new condition. The gentleman who did the handover (unfortunately I can't recall his name) was very thorough and was very patient, he handled any questions we had professionally and knowledgeably. The handover took place indoors, which was perfect as the weather was very cold that day. This allowed all exterior features to be discussed at length without either of us feeling it needed to be rushed to get out of the cold. The handover took approximately an hour and a half; however, we drove away feeling confident that we knew all we needed to know. Premium have a range of new and used motorhomes varying in price from sub 40k to over 300k. No matter if you are looking for a new high end motorhome or a used lower priced motorhome, you can be assured you will be welcomed and handled with the same polite professional manner. All customers are treated equally regardless of budget. If you find the motorhome that is right for you at Premium, then I would thoroughly recommend buying from them. P.S. Their coffee isnt too bad either.

I'm sure that if we had been buying a Morelo we would have had fantastic sales service. However, we were in the under 100k bracket and felt that we were wasting their time. Don't think we will be visiting again even if we won the lottery.
