It is indeed refreshing not to have to navigate endless telephone menus and have direct contact with almost immediate response. they are totally gimmick free and up front. I used Shaun for our house sale and the whole process was very easy Shaun took out all the hard part and kept intouch with me every step of the way very down to earth man no nonsense and I would highly recommend!

Excellent personal service. Shaun was on hand whenever needed and it was good to be dealing directly with the proprietor, who clearly cares about the quality of the service provided. McArthur Estate Agency are every sellers dream and yes Im a legitimate reviewer! After an horrific year trying to sell my property through Strike and their partner conveyancing team, I came across McArthur Estate Agency, who are a family run business and know the Doncaster area intimately. They are honest, friendly and approachable, passionate about their business and more importantly their clients. Their customer service hails back to a far gone, nostalgic era, when that term actually meant something and on that note, a particular thank you to Matthew, whom excelled in all aspects of his job. To checking in on me, keeping me posted of any developments and negotiating an excellent offer with my buyers. The process from marketing my property to acceptance of an offer, took around 5 weeks, an amazing feat, considering the state of the housing market, left in the wake of the mortgage crisis. I therefore highly recommend McArthur Estate Agency, whom combine traditional values and modern marketing techniques in providing a stress free, smooth service, interlaced with integrity and openness , sadly lacking within the corporate Estate Agencies and industry as a whole.
