80 YO lady paid over the odds cash for a washing machine. It was delivered out of its packaging. She was not give a receipt, the unit broke down, she asked retailer for help, the owner refused. He had a copy of the receipt and confirmed the cash payment but refused to give it to the lady because she was rude? He ripped her floor fitting the unit. Had to call trading standards and go direct to the manufacturers to deal with the matter. No after sales service what so ever, no morals and was prepared to leave an elderly lady struggling on her own and even hung up the phone on her. Warning to all other potential customers, he wants your money and will leave you high and dry when things don't go right or if your upset. The only redeeming factor was a female employee who did try to help but is seems the owner likes to bully his way around the place.

Having shopped around at the usual big Sheds, like Curry's, AOL, this organisation was able to beat them hands down on price and service. Don't go anywhere else than here.
