        Definitely the place to visit if you are engaged in wood turning, a superb selection of wood in the wood store and a great selection of tools and lathes, coupled with lovely helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

        Ordered a bs300e pedal wheel kit on the 22nd Feb. Have invoice and nothing else. Then have a notification from robert sorby? Never ordered from them in the first place! Very bad service and communication. Last time I will be ordering anything from them in the future. UPDATE: 2-3-2023 Had a lovely phone call from Turners Retreat, sincere call and all is put right. I have now amended my star rating to five stars for their call back from customer services. Will done.
