RDS Fuels

Is this Tim Hinchcliffe fictitious? I've used RDS many times and never had a problem. Always on time and family drivers and office staff friendly and helpful. Only take money after delivery.

Been using this company quite regular now never had a problem, I phoned up they always tell me five days delivery, but always delivered in 2 to 3 days. If Im not in Ill give them the code for my gate. They deliver the fuel lock all up behind them, leave an invoice I get straight back in touch with them when I get home to pay the bill so easy to deal with. Thank you, RDS fuel

Absolutely spot on to deal with, I only get around 70 liters from them at a time, one downside is they haven't got a pump for smaller drums so have to wait until they have filled up the wagons, they usually let me know when to turn up around 3ish mostly, I get my drums filled up by one of the they guys that's there and im good to go, looks like a family ran business and office staff are pleasant to deal with. Sorry guys but I would not recommend you to even an enemy . I phoned last Monday as our house had run out of oil ( which we believe due to being a victim of our oil being stolen ) we have a young family . As a result we have no heating or hot water . Contacted you immediately, and you were quick to take my money off me at over 800 and then just havent turned up. You promised me Thursday night . Friday morning at latest . Received a text to say Monday . No explanation. I phoned again and got a false promise . Disgraceful . I will not use you again. . I will also tell all the areas on my face book groups this feedback too in the retford and Blyth areas
