        Unfortunately I have to put a star to write a review otherwise it would it 0. Went in to book an appointment, the woman I spoke to was very rude and had an attitude. She refused to cut it how I wanted as she thought it hard to maintain. She refused to colour it and wouldn't agree on something different. Felt very uncomfortable, I have bad anxiety so before going in I was anxious and unfortunately I felt even more anxious when I left and very upset. The greeting I got from her was rude to start with. Went to another salon and they said they can do it how I wanted, all I needed was a longer appointment.
