Have been using them for years but never again. Product has doubled in price and is now absolute rubbish to put it politely.

100 of 10kg bags arrived yesterday on the expected delivery day and for 200 less than some other suppliers. Pleased I had no issues as I have used Housefuel for years and was a bit concerned with some of the recent reviews. All good atm.

Drivers are great, but quality of the product has taken a severe dive, expensive rubbish now , huge amount of ash and doesnt burn well

Extremely poor service,ordered 1 ton of smokeless coal on the 16th of February to be delivered on the 24th February.I was contacted by them to ask if they could deliver straight from their depot to my home and even stack it for me,great I thought except Friday arrived but the coal didn't,when I contacted them they told me 'very sorry its been delayed and will be delivered next week' When I contacted them this week I was informed they wouldn't be delivering themselves but a pallet delivery company,so would have to stack it myself!! Phoned again Thursday 2nd Feb to find out when it was going to be delivered and they would get back to me which didn't happen. Today Friday 3rd no delivery in the morning rang up again to be told it wouldn't be this week and weren't really sure when it would be. CANCELLED THE ORDER. Check all upto date reviews and you won't ordered either,I've bought from them before and this is the worst service I've received so far. I feel sorry for the front line Customer service staff as their taking all the flack. The 1 Star I gave would only have been half.
