Slow service & delivery, Great tools if you want to receive them next year, I will say the navy pro tools are fabulous,the downside is be prepared to wait months on end for your order, If you need these quick I wouldnt bother, theres other companies out there that could deal with this better. The customer service is not good. Hi navy pro, Thankyou for responding. Yes I agree the tools are very well made by professionals and if it was a 2-4 week as you stated it would not be an issue at all. However, I have now been waiting 14 weeks and your company have told me it was shipped to Royal Mail over 2 weeks ago. I have contacted Royal Mail and they dont have the package in the system, I then contacted you again to follow this up and I have not a response from you so unfortunately this left me with no option but to put a hold on the payment with my credit company, Should you wish to discuss this pleasers feel free to contact me. I would also like to know why, if there is a lead time of 2-4 weeks why have I been waiting 14 weeks?

I ordered Katey Nippers last year and just received them. I know this has been a long time but they worth the wait. These nippers are the best on market. Thank you for the lovely gifts too.
