Im shocked to hear this practice hasnt picked up on serious matters regarding 2 children 1 3 years ago with sepsis wasnt picked up on and another recently with fluid on lungs was told to come back in a weeks time but luckily mom contacted 111 and ambulance if he had been left it would have been very serious ! How are health professionals allowed to get away with not picking up on these things and still keep there jobs ? If it was a different country they would loose there right to work in health care absolutely shocking either staff arent trained properly and should go back to school or should loose there jobs Im actually in shock this defiantly needs to be looked into I wouldnt even put a star shame there isnt an option for that

Doctor was extremely aggressive and shouting at me down the phone telling me we are in march not may which I'm telling him my health appointment in may, my mental health services advised me to see my gp for medication but was refused by doctor and told to call them back. After today I am leaving this surgery its not good for my mental health the way dr sign was shouting at me. Very unprofessional just didnt want to no about me struggling with my mental health. AVOID this surgery

Just registered as a new patient at this surgery and got to say Im hugely impressed. I rang up in the morning and got a same day appointment, which was hugely beneficial. Both Dr Singh and the reception staff are helpful and friendly, and provide an excellent service.

Absolutely terrible, says no appointments when there is not one single person in the waiting room. Rude and condescending receptionist
