told to wait another 3 days via email (even when they have it) - you have to wait even if desperately needed).
3 weeks still waiting to get my window fixed.
If your life ever depended on HOMESERVE, you can be sure you would be DEAD before they attended to the problem.
Dont bother with them total waste of money. I got the Gas Safety done in one day elsewhere I rather pay again, than wait for HOMESERVE to eventually, ever so slowly and painfully get their act together.
