Day after day I wait for the number 61/63 and almost every day at least 3 timetabled buses in a row do not turn up - when a bus finally does arrive often it drives past the stop even when hailed presumably because the bus is too full from people waiting at other stops for the three buses that haven't arrived.
This has caused me to abandon using buses, and rely on uber, or walking miles to a train station because I can no longer rely on the 61/63. This has happened almost every day for over a year now.
Added to this, if a bus does finally arrive and passengers are allowed to board, 70% of the time someone will be smoking or vaping on the top deck and drivers don't care. Appalling.
