Practical Car & Van Rental

Very disappointed this time. The car listed on the website is not the same as the actual one. There is no SWB model van in the store which I requested, ONLY SMALL van which is almost the same size as my own car so whats the meaning of renting a van for, then asked to pay extra for a bigger van, then paid, after returning the van got charged 50 pounds for cleaning fee because there was some dust on the floor, crazy for money, wont deal with this company again.

Lovely experience! Nadjib was very helpful, car almost new, no tricks with insurance or any other extra charges. Totally recommend!

Cheap but van was dirty, smelly & had a defective wing mirror. Returned with a 4" square piece of trim missing off the body and had a demand for 50. He became agitated & aggressive when I questioned this amount, stating it included not being able to hire the van out without the trim...seemed happy to rent one to me with a dodgy wing mirror though. I would not return!

Would highly recommend, best car hire in the area, the staff are brilliant and go way beyond to make sure you are looked after.

Amazing service. Managed to get a car last minute after being let down by another company. Wish I'd gone here first. Will do next time!
