Appalling service, clearly had staffing issues and till problems but after waiting 15 minutes to pay for a sandwich and be told they wouldn't serve our queue? Unbelievable? You had one job to do! Take my money! clearly that was beyond your abilities. I can understand if you're under pressure but accept the fault don't just ignore it.

Lots of choices available in terms of sandwiches, hot breakfast, fruit and yogurt. Good variety of croissants and cookies. The almond croissant is delicious, I love it. Coffee isnt great, but thats common in every Pret shops.

Early morning airport experience was annoying but the staff managed to lift my mood, Enrique was specially friendly and smiley and recommended me to try the best choc chip cookie. Got my coffee very quick too!

Lots of choices available in terms of sandwiches, hot breakfast, fruit and yogurt.
Good variety of croissants and cookies.
The almond croissant is delicious, I love it.
Coffee isnt great, but thats common in every Pret shops.
