Ign0ble place... everything is dirty, you can find some different bits of meats in the same box (you ask chicken, you find beef, pork, hairs,... yeah yeah, hairs in the f*ckin sandwich!!!), no choices (half choice for bread, a lot of empty boxes,...), received like a dog, no smile (sorry but it's free), and all for high prices That's not normal!! So, if you are looking for tasty food, donwt go there!!

Pretty rubbish experience, no one wants to work New Year's Day but for someone who works in customer service I think they need to retrain their staff, and looking at other recent comments it seems to be a repeated thing. Two boys who were doing the bread and cheese & toasted bit were great , they had a very awkward customer infront of me and were super polite, and when I asked if they had run out of chicken tikka they went to the back and got some (usually people would say no as they can't be bothered) and dealt with a vegi customer infront of me really well, asking if they want them to change gloves ect. Got to the salad bit and I had already seen two girls talking (blonde and brunette) I had to ask 3 times for sweetcorn after waiting a good few mins for them to finish their conversation that was not about work, and each time I was saying an item of salad (for example sweetcorn the dark haired girl kept talking to this girl and I would have to repeat myself) I did ask if they could get more cucumber out but she said they were out (which was hopefully genuine as there was a clear sign saying they may be out of some products) she had a really rude manor on her and a don't care kind of attitude. I then went to say thank you to the girl and as I did the boy on the till (unsure of name) interrupted me and said rudely 'anything else you want' I think this is almost laughable, it's so rude! He was sat on a chair at the till and they wernt too busy so clearly wasn't doing much. I asked to upgrade my subway to the meal but he didn't ask me, which normally they will try and upsell which is obviously great for the company, but nothing. Hats off to the 2 boys from the start you are great, but the rest of them were incredibly rude. They were all young if this helps when identifying who these people we're, but for someone who works in a restaurant where all of our waiting staff and managers are under the age of 22 I think this was really horrendous. I never leave complaints ever but I was really unhappy with my experience here.
