London Stansted Airport Short Stay Blue

I was meant to be parking here this Saturday just gone for a short trip away however whilst on my way to the airport my tyre blew out (due to shabby road conditions potholes) as it happened on a live road (a10) the police had to come and remove my vehicle because it was not safe and my recovery were going to be a considerably longer time due to being busy. I was not able to change the tyre on the road side due to where it was I had zero phone network to contact the car park to let them know that I would not be able to make the booking due to circumstances way out of my control. This all happened around 530 am and was jot sorted until 12am flight was at 8am ! When I arrived home I tried to contact parking but it's not very clear eventually I found a contact number that the lines are open Monday to Friday! Why when the car park is open everyday makes zero sense. I emailed the car park on Tuesday as would not of even been picked up before hand does to it being a bank holiday I got a reply back from Holly(customer service manager) saying I needed to let them know an hour before in order to receive a full refund after explaining all the above at this point Holly still refused to take my comments in to consideration and fob me off even of it was in a polite way this is not acceptable and completely out of my hands. I did request to speak to a manager however Holly came back to me saying she is the manager so I am now awaiting for Holly's boss to come back to me. Shocking customer service next time I'll stand in the middle of the live road just to get network shall I?
