The engineer that attended my property was very friendly and polite. The work completed was neat and tidy and I would recommend this company for anyone.

Great service from a lovely engineer and the office staff were very helpful when I needed to pop out to do the school run. Even got a voucher for recommending my friend.

I had a scheduled installation on 5 May 2018 was told to wait in between 8-5. After 11am tried to ring AV but closed as it was a Saturday. Contacted sky who advised I was still scheduled and should receive contact soon. At 3pm I call sky again, still scheduled but cant contact engineer. At 5pm I call sky again who apparently contacted the engineer who was running late and I was still scheduled, reassures and told they would be no more than 30 mins. At 7pm contacted sky as still no engineer, sky suggest that they could come anytime but the sky call centre closes at 8pm. On 8 May 2018 still NO sky and NO apologies for the apparent missed engineer visit. Who knows when and if it will ever happen! If I could rate this company a 0 I would have

Neil from AVUK completed my Sky Q installation very quickly and done a neat and tidy job. I would recommend AVUK to anyone looking for Sky or aerial services

My first impressions of the company were that they got me an exceptional deal on SkyQ that even Sky couldn't compete with so i was very happy with that. I requested highbrid LMB to be installed so i could continue to use my freest boxes located upstairs and i was told it was no problem at all. After the installation i noticed that a highbrid LMB had not been installed so i telephoned the company to give them the opportunity to correct the issue as I'm not one to go badmouthing people however i was palmed off with rubbish claiming the engineer was on annual leave and to try again next week. So a week later i called and i got palmed off with a second load of excuses. Its been about 4 months i have had the WRONG LMB FITTED to my dish so none of my freest boxes work but don't worry AV UK i shall pay someone else to come out and repair it. Should a company representative wish to contact me about the issue i would be more than happy to hear from you! Overall satisfaction rating: 3/10
