    Hidden charges of being forced to get insurance. Time it takes to get to the car rental facility, the shuttle never came going back to the airport and after 1hr wait we took a taxi. Lack of customer service, the agents were very rude. Condition of the car, the tyre pressure light kept coming on and we were given a car with half tank and were told it was full.

    (Translated by Google) After buying full insurance through Ryanair, I thought it was under control, but as my payment card is a debit card - which almost everyone in Denmark is, the insurance could not be used as I had to put a deposit via CREDIT card - this difference is apparent absolutely nowhere in the contract so I ended up paying 120 extra for 4 days hire. The person sitting behind the counter spoke very poor English, and even though I speak the language fluently, I had a hard time understanding him - it made him so clearly annoyed, despite me being nice and smiling all the time. The car was dirty and not cleaned. When we finally drive from there, the low tire pressure light comes on, and sure enough - it lacked a lot of air, but wasn't punctured, just poorly maintained. Vedkommende der sad bag skranken talte meget drligt engelsk, og selvom jeg taler sproget flydende, havde jeg svrt ved at forst ham - det gjorde ham s tydeligt irriteret, p trods af jeg opfrte mig pnt og smilede hele tiden. Bilen var beskidt og ikke rengjort. Da vi endelig krer derfra, lyser lampen for lavt dktryk, og ganske rigtigt - den manglede meget luft, men var ikke punkteret, bare drligt vedligeholdt.     Joke of a company, had to fight them through my credit card company to get a refund, avoid at all cost just pay alittle more and go to a proper company, sometime cheap really just isn't worth the headache.

    I love budget options and do not expect frills, however, this experience was terrible. The address for the pickup was never provided, and the location of this rental was not with the regular car rentals at the airport resulting in a loss of 40-minutes trying to find it. Then the car was on empty when I picked it up. When I dropped it off I was not refunded the cost of the 3/4 full tank I returned it with. Instead I was told I should have arrived back with it on empty if I didn't want to pay the extra myself. Then the representative tried to claim a missing cover on the mirror was my fault. This was a five day rental that I only drove twice (to and from the airport for a total of 50 miles), and then was delayed at drop-off having to argue with them and almost missed my flight. It is not an experience I will repeat again.
