        Love to buy Rituals products when I'm travelling. The lady who was serving us was very polite & friendly. They also got a new product for the winter- a lipbalm.Very classy one! But I was disappointed of the cleanliness of the store.The products by the till was all covered with a dust.

        I really like the Rituals products, and this is a nice shop to buy them. It has an extensive range including the very latest ranges. No pressure from staff to purchase whilst you look but friendly helpfully service if you ask. Products make a lovely gift or treat for yourself. Particularly like the rice milk and cherry blossom. Only negative for me is I wish a few of the smells were slightly stronger smelling. There also do a dedicated mens range.

        Had a lovely time here. Went to look for a present and was greeted with a smile and a friendly service. Lidia, the young lady who served me was very professional, polite and patient. Lovely shop with kind staff and great selection of products. Thanks guys!

        Excellent customer service - seller 21190015 just made my day. It was an enjoyable experience to shop in Rituals store. The gentleman in the store was very friendly, and I left with a smile on my face. During the pandemic, this store is definitely a show stopper if you travelling abroad from Stansted airport. Well done.

        Went into Stanstead outlet as I already have 2 of the bamboo fragrances. Tried the other ones on display. Two were empty. I was asked not to touch the bamboo as oil would leak. They were empty! Leaking pretty difficult. The assistant didn't offer to get a new one out for us to smell, and replenish the store sample. I bought another one that I knew. However would have bought 3, if I could have sampled them. Your loss rituals!
