My friend purchased a pair of 60 quid glasses from this shop on the way to our holiday, and was treated atrociously by our cashier - an older woman with short, bobbed hair. He had reservations about the condition of the glasses, as they looked slightly scuffed, only to be reprimanded and told that because the store takes over 10 thousand pounds a day, that the cheaper pairs didnt matter.

Unless youre spending 150+ expect to be treated like scum. I was buying a 50 pair of sunglasses which were on display so they were a little dirty from people touching them. I politely raised to the lady in the shop(middle aged with short hair) that I was worried that theyve been handled roughly. She preceded to give me a demeaning lecture about how the shop makes 12,000 a day and they dont care about the customer who buy the cheaper pairs as they always sell out. I strongly urge everyone to take your custom somewhere else as the lady in the shop left a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of my flight. I am currently abroad but plan on making my first ever official complaint to the head office because treating customers like this is unacceptable. Especially at an airport.

I was late for a flight, which I told the member of staff who was serving me. She then leisurely strolled to find the box then couldnt work the till twice and had to call her management I then had to sprint for the flight didnt have time to give her the third time lucky speech and buy the 98 pair, had to leave them... worst experience ever.... Never going back... I really hope the management see this message. Ill buy them online next time.

Miserable staff. Horrible dark haired lady, bad service. Waited 30 min so she could tell me she cant tighten glasses. Slow service too
