        So let me get that straight: If I buy your food and decide to eat in, I am gonna be charged 20% for that. But then you seat and a good 60% of other people seated inside they havent even bought an Itsu plate or coffe but they seat totally free consuming their own food, from the nearby Pret, BK leaving also their rubbish on the table, all happening under the eyes of the staff who doesnt care much but off course they care of charging me extra money for seat and eat food who I bought there. Next time I will do like the other, take away and sit anyway, nobody will care right? The quality of the food also dropped significantly compared to other itsu, so I havent enjoyed much. Frustratin experience, I feel I have been scammed.
