I payed for two coffee on the self checkout and leave. Guy from the store advise me on what machine i can pay but i told him i just did and leave. When i step on the exit he stoped me and ask me to pay. I again told him that i paid. He asked me receipt (which i didn't have because machine don't print it unless you select to print it) and i told him that i don't have it. Ok, he said which machine ? I shoved him and he print receipent and told me no you didn't, it doesn't match. Anyway we argued for a few minutes until i remember that i have bank app with all transactions and i showed it to him. Only that he accepted that i payed. Sorry but i don't like that someone accuse me for stealing in overpriced shop, where personel foesn't do their job.

The better part of 300% inflation compared with Boots a few month ago? Really? Only two months ago, I got economic but very tasty sandwiches at Boots for 1.25, but they have reduced their offer substantially by not selling cheese & onion, chicken mayonnaise etc. (the economic items) anymore. So I thought I try WHSmith just to see that a simple cheese & onion sandwich at their place is now 3.49. That's simply a rip off thinly covered up by an average inflation of 10%. Next time: sandwiches, medicine, basically everything from home. And no more WHSmith in the city centre either!

Worse service ever. My mum is eldery lady. She was struggling to use self check out and she doesn't speak English but she was able to say 'please help me' to member of staff who completly ignored her. She got stressed and in results someone else helped her and rover her other current money in the shop. Poor service. This members should get warning for this unaccaptable behaviour at work.

WHSmiths Stansted just tried to charge me 25 pounds for a single packet of cigarettes. That's twice the usual price. A disgrace

To the airport management: why WHS is the only shop in the airport? They got the monopoly and can do whatever they want with the prices, nearly 3 for a bottle of water is just a scam
