        Conveniently located on the platform, one on the Stansted Airport express. It offers coffee, snacks, and other beverages. Well see wonderful comments about it but the convenience of it is super.

        Would suggest to keep more professional staffs at airport. I had a bad experience there today, with the staff. They were careless about customers preferences and services

        About half an hour ago, while I was waiting the train, wanted to have a cappuccino with oat milk since they were stating on their board they have plant based milk in their offer and the female worker said they don't have any. I asked then: "But you usually do have plant based milk, right?" (Also I've seen the almond milk there on the counter) She said that they only have normal milk so no. So naturally, I didn't get my coffee, I only bought a plant based sandwich which I won't be taking again - it could've been better. I highly recommend to this caf shop you upgrade your customer service and be nicer to your customers. After all, you live of them. I might not even write this review but I saw the almond milk standing right there. Hope you do better in the future.
