I was doing some visiting consultant work,self employed at large dental practice. they got in laura to try to reorganise things with a training day. most of the staff went home in tears, some resigned. after that she would ring me up unnannounced quite irrate during my busy clinic. shouting down the phone that I was not working according to her practice culture and threatening to have my work terminated. furthermore she was not knowledgeable in the nature of my work but still felt compelled to override how I delivered best care to my precious patients. shortly after the practice discontinued the service.

Every Dental Practice Manager should spend what ever time they can with Laura and her team. I attended the Advanced Practice Management Course and while some subjects were 'revision' for me, there was a wealth of new ideas and I came away feeling revitalized. Brilliant!
