A company so dishonest that if you lose an item due to your 3 year old daughter being subject to a full body search and you take your eyes of the box to be scanned for a second then your item is gone, to be then told that you then have to return of an already expensiveholiday that you have to pay for your own property is a joke

Terrible customer service. Been calling for hours, no one picking up the phone. Why do you even provide a phone if there is NOBODY to pick it up ?

Their service is really poor when it comes to delivering items. I had to use their services when I was too late to drop my luggage for my flight. They were quick to take my luggage and charge me and have said that they will reach the destination (Stansted to Nice) in 2 working days. I called them after 3 days and still it hadn't been delivered from UK by day 3. They use road delivery, not flight After 6 days, it had reached France but delivery very was held as the details of the receiver hadn't been passed to DHL France. I was told by the French DHL office worker that she found my details on Insta. I am now returning from my holiday in France and it was only today that they called to say the delivery is scheduled for Monday, so in total, the delivery time will be 10 days. All in all I would only recommend them for dropping the luggage but not delivery. The communication with the delivery company they hire is poor and they have poor customer service. Also the contact number online is not the right one.
