We were looking to change our life insurance and were given Martin's details. Martin is a very down to earth chap who knows his onions. We weren't given the hard sell, Martin listened to our needs and tailored a package that ticked all the boxes. Martin worked around us and our schedules which were often out of hours which we greatly appreciated. Martin and Loess have been amazing, I cant recommend them enough! I contacted Martin in August 21 and he was incredibly helpful, explaining everything to me and going over my options given my situation. I was a first-time buyer so the guidance was much appreciated. I initially found them through a Google search as no one I knew who had recently moved could confidently recommend anyone. I would usually call a few companies when needing a service, as you do, but after the initial call with Martin, he was so friendly and knowledgable that I didn't contact anyone else. He came to my house to discuss the paperwork and go through things, and I felt very at ease about the whole buying/mortgage process during our chat. As a first-time buyer buying alone, it was very reassuring to have Martin involved. It took me almost 11 months to find a property as the market has been rubbish, however, Martin has always been there to answer any questions I had - and I had a lot! There was also quite a bit of back and forth as it took me four and a half months from offer acceptance to completion, during that time I moved jobs and had a few delays for various reasons, but Martin and Loess were nothing but supportive during that time. Martin also helped me find alternative insurance as I wasnt eligible for standard insurance which gave me great peace of mind. When I move on from my new home - which I have finally moved to! - I will definitely use them again. Really lovely people who Im really glad I found tbh!
