I developed a lower back issue in Jan this year and went to see Louise at North Norfolk Osteopaths. It was a positive turning point in my life for the following reasons. 2020 was a good year for me with cycling and running. For some reason, I just couldnt get my head into exercise in 2021 and paid the price by Jan 2022 with the back issue I had. I saw Louise only 4 times and she really helped ease the pain and mobility in the sessions and gave me a range of exercises to do outside the sessions. She also gave me a wealth of advice and education on the importance of exercise, diet, well being and explained the benefit of me joining a gym, taking up swimming and cycling so exercise is taken on 3 ways (which suited me, were all different). Three months later, Ive been going to the gym 4/5 times a week swimming or gym. I cycle on rest days! My gym instructor is devising and revising gym programs focused on glutes and core being a firm believer of Youre only ever as young as your spine. I feel more agile, bendy and fitter now than I have for years. Im sleeping better as well. Louise put me on this path and she is a firm believer of prevention is better than cure. I whole heartedly recommend North Norfolk Osteopaths and thank them for recalibrating my thinking and approach to looking after myself.

Louise is extremely professional and listened to my unique set of circumstances with empathy and understanding. She quickly got to the root cause of the problem and after a short treatment, I felt like a different person. I have not felt so good in years! I would love to see Louise again. Thoroughly recommended.

I am so grateful for Louise's help and guidance during my troubles with a trapped nerve. I cannot thank her enough for everything that she has done for me. My husband is seeing Andrew also and he is a lot better with his shoulder and back pain since he has been to see the North Norfolk Osteopaths. Thank you very much for everything.

I am so grateful to Louise for all the effort and care she has put in to easing my back pain and discomfort. I would recommend this practice without hesitation. I just wish I had discovered it months ago.
