Ordered headlights online which they failed to deliver (apparently they just left the parts on a shelf and failed to despatch them - by their own admission) and so far (over a week later) have failed to refund me approx. 200, and are now not returning my calls. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a front BMW bumper advertised as new, payment via PayPal taken promptly. Bumper never arrived, all my emails and phone calls fell silent with no reply whatsoever. The phone answering message was: " all our operators are busy attending other customers etc etc." the same message was played round the clock, i tried out of curiosity at 1:30 am and i got the same message indicating the company is either non-existent or is a big con. Two weeks later, still no response. Finally got my refund after PayPal was informed and dealt with it promptly. PayPal confirmed the "seller" did reply to them. Beware of that bunch of conmen.

Worst customer service I have every seen from a company. Doesn't return calls and persistantly lies to customers. Will never use again take my advice and shop elsewhere for car parts.
