        Communication is the worst I've experienced from any company, however the fitters are friendly, professional, and always find themselves apologising for thier office based counterparts. Jason is Especially great!

        Bought digger 8008 last year, withing one year we had issue with couplings, machine is not even get to 200 hours use, (first service should be at 500h) and only after few months, Greenshields start sending invoices claiming these parts are not under warranty. at the time for sales, they were very nice, change us extra money for extended warranty, but they started charging us for each failure after few months. very poor service not reliable at all. only nice at the sales time. Dont buy their extended warranty, if machine fails even in few months they will find excuse to charge you.
