        Travelled from Gloucestershire because they wanted the trade, 5 phone calls to different dealers and just fobbed off. 1 call to Coventry and Muhammed got the car and signed the deal. A1 in all ways

        They asked me to give a 5 star review. But there's no way in full consciousness I can. I went to test drive an MG4. Went through all the paperwork for the insurance, got the keys - then the car was broken when we got in it . It took ages to get that sorted because most of the staff didn't want to have to deal with anything to do with it - would rather stand around chatting than help potential customers. Then after the test drive, having loved the replacement car they put us in, as soon as I mentioned Business Contact Hire, they were disinterested. Originally telling me they couldn't do it there. When I pointed out I'd already called MG HQ and they'd told me they definitely could - the sales guys just said "I'll be honest with you, we don't make enough money of it, so we don't bother. We can do it on PCP but that'll cost you 7,200 more". Then they asked me for a 5 star review
