There always seems to be an issue finding my prescription items when I go in, even though they have text me to say its ready. They seem to have to search in various places trying to find it. There were items not in stock which they took from someone elses bag. Then there were items missing that they told me where there but werent when I got home. I had to have the missing tablets delivered the next day but unfortunately I didnt get to the door in time as it took a while to limp to the door and he was gone. Re- delivered later in the day and he was really rude, couldnt even say hello, clearly not happy with his job. Registered at Boots in Bingley as they are open all day and other people give good reports.

Excellent service always use online prescription ordering and always ready well within the 2 days allowed. Great service from all the staff and not forgetting the great value price deals they have in-store. Highly recommended.

My husband and myself both had our flu jabs today. Very efficient, pharmacist was very helpful. Would recomend.also the assistant was very helpfull too. Thank you.
