Five Rise Nursing Home

My mum is, being cared for at Five Rise. The staff are great and really caring. It's so clear when they interact with my mum that they know her likes/dislikes and really want to look after her well. Really appreciate their work as it gives us peace of mind when we're not able to be there in person.

Absolutely disgusting owner. Had visited to make an enquiry and was told to 'go away' by the so called owner. After asking why the need to be so rude was answered with 'because this is my business and I'll do as I like' Vile experience Can only imagine how people are being treated at this place Avoid like the Plague!!!

My bother is in 5 rise he as parkingson they have been fantastic with him as he can't speak so it is very hard to communicate, but they have been lovely with him and he is very happy there they get my thumbs-up every time a big thank you xx

My aunty, Mary Jocelyn Walker , was a temporary resident at Five Rise Nursing Home. She sadly died last Friday, the 17th of July (2020). While she was there she was very well looked after by Damien and the team. My aunty could be quite demanding but they were all brilliant with her. Thank you for all the hard work that you do.

Although my relative only spent a short time at the nursing home, I was amazed at the level of care that she was given right from the beginning. The owner of the nursing home was so good at ensuring care was tailored to all her differing needs and desires and ensured that as a family, we were all regularly updated on her overall care. The nursing home even went to the extent of celebrating a religious festival with her, ensuring she felt as at home as she could. I felt confident, happy and at ease that my relative was in the best place and I would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone that was considering 24 hour, full-time care for their own relative. I really cannot thank the nursing home and the staff enough for all the high-quality care they provided, and I know that my relative enjoyed what would, unfortunately, be her last few weeks/months around, in the nursing home. Thank you all.
