What a fantastic experience! Suzanne is an absolute credit to the industry. This is our first mortgage and could not have asked for anyone better to provide support, she sat down with us and explained everything face to face in a friendly professional way. We secured a new build mortgage offer, and with the deadline on 1 year fast approaching Suzanne has gone above and beyond to get in touch with the home builders to push them along, even though this is not part of her role! I honestly could not think of anyone better to deal with, a superstar!
